Dr. Okafor holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Monarch Business School Switzerland, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and a bachelors in electrical engineering from the University of Benin, complemented by certifications from Datac Control Ireland and Wave Wireless Institute Florida. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).
