Grace Omo-Lamai is the HR Director of Nigerian Breweries PLC.
She started her Human Resources career at Michelin Nigeria 21 years ago, following a stint in the banking industry. She moved from manufacturing to telecommunications, working from 2004 to 2012 with Airtel Africa across various HR functions, including recruitment, business partnership, and talent management in multiple locations in Nigeria, Congo Brazzaville, and Kenya.
Grace is an alumna of Lagos Business School, where she obtained an MBA (General Management) in 2008.
