Dr Chidozie Nsoedo has a multi-disciplinary background with a focus on Digital Information Systems. He has over ten years of professional experience in leading and driving digital transformations in companies. He facilitates sessions on Information Systems.

Dr Nsoedo holds a First-Class Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from London Southbank University, UK. His final year project was on the development of a digital information system to enable Chemical Engineers to have easy, time-efficient access to the physical and chemical properties of compounds.

He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Graphics and Virtual Environments from the University of Hull, UK. His Postgraduate Diploma project was on the development of a digital information system for the graphical visualisation of colloidal particles. He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Portsmouth, UK. His project was on the development of a digital information system to enhance learning and teaching in higher education.

He was awarded the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Scholarship to study for a PhD in Health Informatics at the University of Manchester, UK. His doctoral thesis was on the development of a digital information system to reduce the occurrence of routine violations in anaesthesia practice.

He worked in the United Kingdom as a part-time lecturer in Web Authoring and Internet Infrastructure in the Department of Creative Technologies at the University of Portsmouth. He also worked as an E-Learning and Web services Manager at Hartpury College and Queen Mary University in the UK. He is a member of the UK Higher Education Academy. Upon returning to Nigeria from the UK, he joined the Board of Samhays Limited and the Board of First Systems Refinishes Limited as a Non-Executive Director. He was also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Cutix PLC from October 2018 to November 2024.

He is interested in conducting multi-disciplinary research focusing on digital information systems. His research interests are in various areas of digital information systems, such as digital transformation, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, e-banking, e-marketing, e-commerce, e-government, e-health, e-learning, project management, change management, cyber-security and cyber-crime, artificial intelligence, big data and data analytics.

Based on his over ten years of working as a company director, he has also written three books that Company Directors would find helpful. The books were independently published via Amazon. The books are Essential Knowledge For Company Directors (Learn how to make your Company more profitable). Accounting and Finance for Company Directors (Understanding and Interpreting Financial Statements). Cyber Security for Company Directors (Better to be Safe than Sorry).
