A Leading Business School in Africa

Overview

Lagos Business School (LBS) is the graduate business school of Pan-Atlantic University. LBS was founded on inspiration from the teachings of St Josemaria Escrivá, the founder of Opus Dei. LBS offers academic programmes, executive programmes, function-specific seminars, and custom executive programmes in management education that transform individuals, organisations, and business practices in Africa and beyond. Our programmes also stand out because of their emphasis on professional ethics and service to the community.

We are accredited by The Association of MBAs (AMBA), putting us in an exclusive group of only 2% of business schools in 70 countries to achieve this accreditation. LBS is the first business school in West Africa to be accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and is a member of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) - an alliance of 32 globally leading business schools.

Full-time Faculty

Our faculty is made up of highly qualified academics and industry professionals working either full-time or part-time, dedicated to contributing to and shaping the practice of management. They bring to the classroom knowledge and practical guidance acquired through a unique combination of research, professional experience, and consulting work done in Nigeria as well as global companies.

Collectively, they ensure high levels of effectiveness for all our participants and clients. Through your time with any one of our programmes, you will learn from them the current and future ideas that will help you succeed and lead in your career, organisation, or industry.

Executives in Residence

The Executives in Residence programme is a collaboration between Lagos Business School and industry experts who have distinguished themselves in their respective fields. This programme aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing students and participants with a robust, well-rounded learning experience.

Members of the programme contribute to the advancement of learning at Lagos Business School through various means, including collaborating with faculty to enhance research and teaching, mentorship to our numerous participants and students and experience sharing on our programmes. They also actively participate in both curricular and co-curricular activities.
