Overview
Many organisations are increasingly putting women in leadership positions as they have become a dominant force in the workplace. Despite different challenges, many women are rising to top management positions in the private and public sectors of the economy. Women leaders, like their male counterparts, have the responsibility to drive their teams to achieve and exceed targets. This requires effective leadership skills with a creative and innovative mindset and the ability to get the best from the employees. Though many women work very hard to get to the top of their careers, some forget to use the unique feminine qualities they have to achieve their objectives. This sometimes creates the perception of women being seen as aggressive. This programme will assist women in sharpening their leadership skills to succeed in today’s challenging world. It will help them fine-tune their strategies for effective leadership. In the three days, participants would learn to explore and leverage contemporary leadership tools that have helped organisations achieve high performance. It will cover different management concepts, effective leadership essentials, and provide them with opportunities to share their experiences, learn from each other and from other leading women.
