Lagos Business School (LBS) and the Association of Professional Party Organizers and Event Managers of Nigeria (APPOEMN) is pleased to announce the 2nd edition of the Mastering Event Management Programme (MEMP 2). This programme will take place from March 18th to 20th, 2025, at Lagos Business School.
As Nigeria’s event management landscape continues to evolve, with an increasing number and diversity of events, it is essential to enhance the skills and capabilities of event managers.
The Mastering Event Management Programme aims to equip party planners and event managers with cutting-edge templates, tools, and skills for effective project planning, develop effective standard operating procedures for event planning processes and assist them in developing a succession plan and code of conduct for managing their businesses. The programme encompasses strategic areas such as project management, standardization and process efficiency in event planning and people management.
