The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria executed a collaborative agreement with the Lagos Business School (LBS) to run a Master of Business Administration/Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (MBA/Chartered Banker), Senior Management Programme/Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (SMP/Chartered Banker) and Advanced Management Programme/Chartered Banker.
This is an exclusive pathway designed to fast-track the attainment of the Associateship status thereby enhancing competence and skills in the financial services industry.
This programme will increase the effectiveness of business executives and enhance their strategic thinking capabilities. While the MBA programme gives individuals a detailed understanding of doing business in complex and dynamic markets thereby enhancing their competencies in financial services, the SMP is a dynamic programme where a group of business peers from a range of functions, industries, and countries share ideas and develop an enlightened perspective on the economy, business trends, and best practices.

Who should attend

- Participants who have already completed their Senior Management Programme or Advanced Management Programme at Lagos Business School.
- Participants who already have an MBA from AMBA and AACSB recognised and accredited institutions.
Structure and Curriculum
For MBA, Senior Management Programme and Advanced Management Programme certificate holder, the CIBN core courses are incorporated as additional modules to the MBA, SMP or AMP.

- Lending and Credit Management
- Applied Banking
