Dr Chioma Tony-Dike is the CEO and Co-Founder of CTDplus Consult, an Agribusiness firm that provides capacity building, advisory services, and a wide range of consultancy services to livestock farmers and stakeholders in the Agriculture sector. She is a trained veterinarian with more than fifteen years post qualification experience in General Livestock management, farm operations, breeding, and disease management.

Chioma previously worked as Project Coordinator/Livestock Reform Lead for Ethiopia, Nigeria & Tanzania L-MIRA Project at IFC – International Finance Corporation. In this role, she provided technical and strategic leadership to developing and implementing the Livestock Micro reforms in Agribusiness (L-MIRA) project work program across Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Tanzania, Led all engagements with the public and private stakeholders on the development and socialization of reforms, Identified the needed resources to accomplish results involving multiple stakeholders and found solutions to obstacles affecting key deliverables for the L-MIRA project across Nigeria, Ethiopia, and Tanzania, Led policy and reform dialogue across Nigeria and supported various teams in reform dialogues across Ethiopia and Tanzania, coordinated project M&E, led on project reporting and supported internal and external project communication.

She successfully completed the Agribusiness Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University as a member of Cohort 4 in 2015, while serving as Intervention Manager at Palladium: Make It Possible. In this role, she designed and implemented intervention strategies on improved access to veterinary services in rural northern Nigeria with the Newcastle disease vaccination in rural poultry as an entry point. This resulted to the introduction of Community-based Animal health workers as service providers working under the supervision of a licensed Veterinarian in Northern Nigeria. The Intervention is currently being implemented in more than 12 states in Nigeria.

She was admitted into the prestigious LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (LBSAA) on completion of the programme.
