Aniola Durosinmi-Etti is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ardova Plc. She started her legal career with Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie as an Associate of the firm where she developed extensive experience in various aspects of commercial law including preparation of key international joint venture agreements, syndications and conveyances.

In 2002, she joined Linkage Assurance Plc as Legal Adviser and Head of Corporate Services. She successfully piloted the company through landmark transformational phases of growth including an IPO in 2003 and subsequently a secondary offering in 2005. In August 2006, as a reflection of her strong performance and dedication, Aniola was appointed the Acting Managing Director of the company. In this capacity, she steered the company through the challenges of recapitalization and a subsequent merger with Central Insurance Company Ltd.

Aniola attended the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University Chief Executive Programme in 2012, while serving as the Deputy Managing Director of the company. As part of the new executive management, she ensured a seamless integration and stabilization of the post-merger entity.

Aniola served on the board of directors of Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, one of Nigeria’s largest pension managers, from 2009-2013. She also served on the board of MEDIPLAN LTD Limited, a health management company, providing healthcare services to corporate organizations and members of the public.
