Fostering Sustainable Agriculture

Abiola Ugwu is a Senior Consultant at Dalberg, a global group working to build a more inclusive and sustainable world where all people, everywhere, can reach their fullest potential. She previously served as Interim Chief Operating Officer at L&L Foods Nigeria, a food processing and packaging company focused on the Nigerian market. L & L Foods source agricultural produce from local farmers and transform them into quality snacks, while keeping in mind to create iconic local brands in the process.

She successfully completed the Agribusiness Management Programme at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in 2018, and was admitted into the prestigious LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (LBSAA) on completion of the programme.

The LBS Agribusiness programme will help you gain exposure to the current global, regional and domestic trends and market realities to enhance strategic capabilities and planning with agribusinesses. You will understand the changing roles of policymakers and government agencies in Africa in shaping the value chain. The programme adopts an action learning approach, with an emphasis on skills development and application of learning to field-based projects at organizations.
