Pan-African elective component
This programme is in 3 strands with a final strand in Kigali, Rwanda, where participants get the opportunity to interact with private, public and third sector leaders and have personal coaching sessions and to develop a pan-African perspective on corporate and public leadership.

Faculty
Adunola Okupe is a lecturer of sustainability and strategy at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos, Nigeria. She is also a senior advisor with Red Clay, a tourism advisory practice.
Her research and teaching interests are in the areas of behavioural economics to understand decision making as regards leadership for societal change, socio-cultural leadership, tourism and leisure studies and the impacts these have on the sustainable development agenda. Adun holds a First-Class honours degree in Business Economics from the University of Keele (2006) and Masters in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
OLATOWUN CANDIDE-JOHNSON
Olatowun Candide-Johnson is a lawyer with 30+ years of experience in corporate and commercial law and in the business development and governance of multinational corporations. Before taking early retirement, she held the roles of General Counsel, Executive General Manager, Management Services Division (incorporating Legal, Audit, Insurance and Anti-Corruption Compliance) and Chief Compliance Officer for the Total Upstream Companies in Nigeria.
Olatowun is Chairman of African Delivery Technologies (ADT), parent company of Kwik.delivery, a French start up which aims to become the first platform for last-mile delivery in urban areas in Nigeria. She is also a Founder Parent of Lagos Preparatory School, Ikoyi, one of Africa’s leading British curriculum preparatory schools in Lagos; Member of the board of directors of the Nigerian-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce; “Expert” – African Women on Board (AWB); Member of the Committee on Tourism & Hospitality of the Institute of Directors (IOD). She is also an angel investor and a member of Rising Tide Africa – a network of female business angels investing in entrepreneurs across the African continent.
Moyosore oversees the PwC West Africa Learning Technology, she is the head of Learning & Development and PwC Nigeria Business School which supports both internal and external clients in the design, development and delivery of training programs. She has over 10 years experience in Human Capital development specializing in Talent and Organisational development.
She is a certified Global Professional in Human Resources ( GPHR ) , an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Member of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), Affiliate of Chartered Institute of Personnel development ( CIPD ).
