Overview:
Synergy does not usually happen spontaneously. In reality, it happens because deliberate, systematic effort has been made. There are specific skills required to trigger synergy. Without deliberate effort, synergy is pretty much left to luck, and luck does not automatically produce it.

Ideally, teaming should start from the leadership, the very top. This part-guarantees the creation of the "Teaming Organisation", an organisation in which teamwork exists at all levels starting from the top and filtering down to the rest of the organisation. The foundation for this is top management's commitment to teamwork.

The basic objective of this seminar is to sensitize top management and especially the chief executive to their role in creating the teaming organisation. It will get top management to understand how the teaming organisation is created and sustained and discuss the tools and techniques required to achieve this goal.
