This course focuses on the integration of human resource management and the corporate strategy. Students are introduced to the design of Human Resources Systems with a view to significantly improving the attraction, utilization and retention of talent in their organisations.

Tax Planning (TP)
This is an introductory course to Tax Planning and Management The course will provide the knowledge and framework needed to address the key issues concerning tax planning. Drawing on real-life cases, the course will equip the students with the practical tools and insights needed to avoid common pitfalls.

Competing with Technology and Innovation (CTI)
This course will help students to understand how to use innovation in general, and technological innovation in particular, to continuously create superior value for customers. It will also make them aware of the variables to be managed in ensuring that firms appropriate a significant portion of the value created by their innovations. Topics to be covered will include:

Economic Environment of Business II (EEB-II)
Based on the Structure-Conduct-Performance paradigm/model, this course focuses on gaining an understanding of the objectives of firms and how the decisions managers make in the light of these objectives are affected by market conditions - demand and regulatory.
